Instant Messenger User Accounts¶

The Business Bot Platform requires valid credentials for the delivery of instant messages in order to send and receive messages via the respective instant messenger.

Microsoft Skype for Business¶

The setup of a new Skype account for the Skype for Business Server 2015 is described in the Setup chapter. Please refer to the official Microsoft documentation for more information.

Microsoft Teams¶

The setup of a Microsoft Teams account is performed over Microsoft Bot Framework and is described in the Setup chapter.

Telegram Messenger¶

The setup of a new Telegram account takes place via the Telegram BotFather which is described in chapter Administration.

Facebook Messenger¶

The creation of a new Facebook account takes place via Facebook for Developers and is described in the Setup chapter.

Slack¶

The setup of a new Slack account is carried out via the Slack API and is described in the Setup chapter.

Threema¶

The setup of a new Threema account is done via Threema Gateway and is described in the Setup chapter.

WeChat¶

The creation of a new WeChat account is done via WeChat Official Account Admin Platform and is described in the Setup chapter.

XMPP¶

The setup of a new XMPP user account for the XMPP server Openfire is described in the Setup chapter. Please refer to the official documentation of the respective provider for information on how to create a new XMPP user account and get more information.
