The user assistance has been designed as a single entry point and covers all components of the Business Bot Platform Integration. It can be viewed using Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Microsoft Internet Explorer, Firefox or Apple Safari.

You can access the chapters and the glossary quickly through the table of contents on the left. You can also search for a topic, term or expression directly using the full-text search engine.

About this guide¶

The Business Bot Platform (BBP) offers the versions Community, Business and Enterprise. Depending on the version you are working on, certain functions of the integration are available.

This manual will guide you step by step through a complete on-site installation and familiarize you with the most important functions of all versions of the platform integration. The functional differences are highlighted by special instructions.

The specific functions of the versions are explained in chapter “Version differences” in more detail. This manual is also available as PDF.
