Instant Messenger Accounts¶

An instant messenger account must be created to establish the connection between the Business Bot Platform and the instant messenger. In the documentation of the respective instant messenger you will find a detailed description, which steps are necessary to get the user account credentials. The account information provided by instant messenger is required for the connection and is described in the following section.
