Getting Started¶
Login and Logout¶
Note
Login credentials for the Community Edition: Username and password are demo.manager@citunius.de
and bbp
. Please change the password immediately after the first login.
After you have obtained the necessary access rights from the administrator, you can log on to the Business Bot Platform.
- In the login web page “Business Bot Platform”, enter your
username
or youremail address
and yourpassword
.- Click
Login
.Optional: If you do not want to reenter your login information every time you log in, select
Remember Me (for 1 day)
.
Note
Remarks: If enabled, the session is maintained for one day. When you log off, you must re-enter your credentials. Use this option on trusted devices only.
You are now logged on to the Business Bot Platform.
- To log out, from the top bar (upper right corner), select
User-Icon
->Logout
.
Choose Language¶
You can start a session in a language other than English at the Business Bot Platform. If you do not select a language, the session is started in English.
The Business Bot Platform is available in following languages:
- English (Default Language)
- German
Change Language Settings¶
The default language used is the language of your web browser. Select one of the following options to change the language:
- If you are on the Business Bot Platform login page, select a language at the bottom of the login section.
- Alternatively, you can change the language settings of the browser to change the default language. For more information, see your browser documentation.
Note
Remarks: The language settings do not apply to chat dialogs with Business Bots. The language settings for Business Bots are managed via the chat dialog.

The use of Business Bots requires the the setup of the following components:
- Account Credentials of Instant Messengers
- Business Bot
- Bot Instance
- Mobile User Account
