Queues¶
A queue is required by a chatbot for logical message assignment in order to exchange messages between the instant messenger and the business system.
As of release R2020 FP2032, the queue for a chatbot is automatically created when the chatbot is created and deleted when the chatbot is deleted.
Show Queue¶
Two different queues can be displayed for a chatbot. To display the queue for messages that have been sent via the WebUI, use the navigation bar on the following page:
Navigation bar: Message Delivery
→ Job Processing
→ Choose the queue of the chatbot
If you want to view the queue on which a chatbot has exchanged messages with a business system, use the navigation bar to open the following page:
Navigation bar: System-Integration
→ Job Processing

Note
A queue of a chatbot can not be deleted when instant messages have already been processed using the queue.
